A full refurb of a dilapidated village pub. The pub was stripped back to a bare shell, new extension built, new car park and full refit.

What We Did

The Beehive Pub underwent a major refurbishment in 2017. We completely altered the pub which involved a new single storey extension with balcony and entrance porch. The removal of internal staircases, internal walls to open up the interior of the old dilapidated pub. Once the internal structure was complete, we installed a brand-new kitchen with new appliances, 2 new bars, new internal fixed seating and new decoration and flooring.
Externally we altered the external car parks and created a brand new entrance from the main road which involved gaining permission from the highways. We built new stone boundary walls, new drainage to the car park and a new landscaping which was sympathetic to the building and surrounding areas.
